Absolutely! I work with a team of talented, professional makeup artist who I trust and know to accommodate larger bridal parties and ensure a seamless wedding morning experience.

An additional artist can be added to your wedding day for a flat fee of $450

As the owner and lead artist of Beauty with Alys, I personally oversee all bridal bookings, scheduling, artist coordination, and wedding day timeline planning to ensure a cohesive and stress free experience. This fee includes artist coordination, the additional artist’s wedding day minimum, and travel expenses.

• 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day, Monday - Thursday, preferably in the morning to demonstrate the longevity of makeup

• I encourage you to book your hair trial on the same day

• Appointment Duration: 2 hrs

For every Friday, Saturday, Sunday reservation, a 5 service minimum is required. This does not include the Bride.

Compensation for travel is formulated $1.50 per mile (round trip). A relocation fee of $50 will be collected if client requests that makeup artist travel to one location (Ex: Hotel) and unpack/pack then travel to an additional location (Ex: Venue). The relocation fee is subject to change depending on mileage. If travel time is 3 hours or more from Raleigh, lodging accommodations are required.

All bookings that are scheduled to start before 7:00 am will be charged an early bird fee of $150. For example, if my team and I are arriving on-site to set up at 6:30 am and the first application is at 7:00 am, then the Early Bird Fee would apply.

• Each guest can do their normal skin care routine the morning of to lock in hydration before their makeup application begins

• The initial lip application will be applied using the makeup artist products - it is up to each guest (other than the bride) to have a personal lip product on hand once makeup artist departures for re-applying lips throughout the evening

• If a guest wishes to brush their teeth, please do so BEFORE Lips + Touch Ups 

• Be ready to begin at the allotted time to ensure schedule adherence

• I kindly ask that each guest stay seated once their application begins

I encourage all my client’s to get a facial the week of your wedding (this should NOT be a time for trials), ideally, 1-3 days before your big day! Your skin will be glowing in the best way possible! I recommend monthly facials starting six months before your wedding date. Make sure you are cleansing your skin twice daily (morning and night) and lathering the moisturizer. Exfoliate maximum 1-2 times a week. Hydrate and drink plenty of water!

To secure your wedding date, I require a 30% deposit of the total amount.
